I tested this out , i gave it about 20 minutes to brew. No brewing happened, it heats the water super hot, to where you see the steam. Not sure if it needs a good cleaning or a new part. Comes with 3 coffee pots, a 12 cup, 10 cup and the orange one has no size. If you are more comfortable with shipping the pots separately I can definitely do that at no extra charge to you. Measures 20 includes tall, 9 and half inches in depth, and 18 inches long
