It utilizes two 85 inches long by 19.7 inches wide conveyor belts that are reversible for quick rolling from either side of the unit. An easy-to-use lever allows you to change the belt direction. The foor model dough sheeters even come with foot pedals, allowing for hands free operation to reverse the direction of the belt.
